2. REGISTRATION, APPROVAL, AND REJECTION
To become a vendor on Styleme247 Store, it is required to go through the registration process first. This process includes the submission of your email address and password. You are required to provide us with your business’s information such as your legal name, your contact details (phone number, address, email address, etc.) in your vendor platform. You can decide to change or modify the information that you have provided on your application, you are required to inform Styleme247 Store at least three weeks in advance at store@Styleme247.com.
If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your vendor application, you are required to do so within five business days following the application submission at store@Styleme247.com.
Styleme247 Store will review your application and provide you with an answer via email within five business days following the application submission. If, by any chance, the information or documents that you provided in your application are incomplete or incorrect, Styleme247 Store reserves the right to leave your application pending or cancel your vendor status until all the requirements are met.
If your application is approved by Styleme247 Store, the next process is the product upload. You are required to upload products within the provided categories or Products that beautifies your personality. Styleme247 Store will notify you about the approval or rejection of your product within thirty business days.
Styleme247 Store reserves the right to not provide you with a reason regarding the approval or rejection of your product. In addition, Styleme247 Store is free to decide whether it wants to work or publish a vendor’s products or not.
Styleme247 Store reserves the right to approve or decline a vendor’s product at any time, for any reason and reserves the right to not disclose the reasons to the Vendor.
Styleme247 Store has the exclusive right to sell standards;
3.1. Annual Fee
Vendors registration is fee is N89,000.00 Yearly and N10,000.00 monthly
The retail price is to be determined by the vendor; the vendor receives 95% and Styleme247 receives 5% Plus N350 on all sales.
4. Vendor Payment
Vendors Receive payments 5days after sums have been received and also, no returns have been recorded by purchasing client. If a product is claimed to be defective by client, it would be investigated. If found to be true, Vendor would be asked to either replace product or Client would be refunded. Vendor is liable for the transfer charges and other charges associated
5. VENDOR CODE OF CONDUCT
Styleme247 Store is fully committed to adhere to the highest ethical conducts and values. All Styleme247 Store vendors are responsible for understanding these principles and ensuring that they are implemented successfully in their operations. The violation of any of these principles may result in the loss of your selling privileges and removal from Styleme247 Store.
5.1. Vendor Code of Conduct Principles
Styleme247 Store vendors shall:
Obey all applicable laws and abide by all Styleme247 Store policies
Maintain current account information
Never misrepresent themselves
Always act in a manner that ensures a trustworthy experience for Styleme247 Store customers
Never list products that may cause harm to the Styleme247 Store customers
Never engage in any misleading, inappropriate, or offensive behavior. This applies to all the vendor’s activities, including, but not limited to:
Information provided on the vendor’s account
Information provided in listings, content, or images
Communication between the vendor and Styleme247 Store or the vendor and Styleme247 Store’s customers
Act fairly at all times. Unfair behavior includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Behavior that could be deemed as manipulation or “gaming” of any part of the buying or selling experience
Actions that could be perceived as manipulating customer reviews, including by directly or indirectly contributing to false, misleading, or inauthentic content
Activities that could be perceived as attempting to manipulate Styleme247 Store’s search results or sales rankings
Actions that intentionally damage another seller, their listings, or their ratings
Intentionally creating product pages in the wrong product category is prohibited and product pages found to be in violation will be removed. We may also take steps to close a vendor’s account.
6. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Confidential information refers to any proprietary information that belongs to Styleme247 Store or any of their clients, third parties, or vendors that is treated secretively. This category includes, but is not limited to, technical data, market data, trade secrets, business plans, product information, copyrights and other intellectual property, client lists, client transactions, credit information, designs, marketing methods and strategies, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that should be treated with confidentiality.
Styleme247 Store vendors shall:
Protect Styleme247 Store’s information that is identified as confidential or that reasonably should be considered confidential
Use this information only to fulfill the obligations as a Styleme247 Store vendor
Promptly return to Styleme247 Store or destroy this information when no longer a Styleme247 Store vendor
7. PRODUCT DETAIL PAGE RULES
Customers first learn about your offers on a product detail page. The following policies have been established to ensure that each product detail page represents a unique item to deliver a single page per product and optimize the buying experience.
7.1. Detail Page Creation Policies
The use of plagiarized and false product identification information in product detail pages is prohibited.
Using product detail pages to cross-merchandise or cross-promote a product is prohibited.
7.2. Product Requirements
Styleme247 Store is not aware of any inherent risk of viruses in the PDF files of Styleme247 Store documents at the time that they are downloaded. - Reviews, quotes, or testimonials
- Solicitations for positive customer reviews
- Advertisements, promotional material
- Time-sensitive information such as dates of promotional tours, seminars, lectures, and so on
- All products must be appropriately and accurately categorized.
Product titles, product descriptions, and bullets must be clearly written and must assist the customer in understanding the product.
All product images must meet the Styleme247 Store general image standards, as well as any applicable category-specific image guidelines.
8. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION
The violation of Styleme247 Store’s listing terms and conditions may result in actions such as:
- Cancellation of listings
- Limits on listing privileges
- Suspension of listing privileges
- Removal of listing privileges
9. Styleme247 STORE PAYMENT PROCESS
When purchasing products from Styleme247 Store, customers are required to provide their billing address and payment card details before proceeding with the payment. Payments are processed by a third party service called Global Payments.
The information provided during the payment process is not stored in the Styleme247 Store system; the information is only passed on to Global Payment for the sole purpose of completing the payment process initiated by the customer. To find out how Global Payment processes and uses the data, please read their Privacy Statement.
To make a payment through Styleme247 Store, a vendor must be registered on Styleme247 Store with a client account. All payments made through Styleme247 Store will be sent directly to the Styleme247 Store bank account, not to resellers, vendors, or affiliates. Once a payment is completed, the purchased item will be available to the client.
9.1. Withdrawal Process
Once vendors collect commissions, they will be interested to cash out earnings. In order to do so, vendors will need to submit a request for payout. To submit a payout/withdrawal request, they have to select “Withdraw” on their “Sales” tab on their “Vendor Account.” The withdrawal request can be done once a month if the amount is N15,000 (40usd) or higher.
A payout can be done in two ways:
a. Specific amount request (e.g., USD 100 out of USD 350)
b. All earnings
The earnings will be shown on the vendor bank account balance as soon as the transaction is processed. Please note that this may take a few extra days depending on the bank that the vendor uses.
9.2. Transaction Limits
Styleme247 Store reserves the right to delay, reject, or suspend a transaction for any Payment Account for reasons such as suspicion of financial or security risk, fraud, unlawfulness, violation of the terms of the vendor/affiliate agreement, and chargebacks.
10. Styleme247 STORE REFUND POLICY
Because Styleme247 Store’s products are goods delivered physically, Styleme247 offers refunds or exchange on any items purchased for defective goods in Styleme247 Store. The cost is relayed to the affected vendor.
Requests for a refund can be submitted and will be taken into consideration by Styleme247 Store only if:
The client did not receive the item that they purchased.
The purchased item does not contain all as described on the product page.
The purchased item is corrupted or damaged even after our investigation.
The client has evidence confirming that the product is counterfeit.
Styleme247 Store reserves the right to reject a refund request in case there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other deceitful actions in our sole discretion.
Styleme247 Store reserves the right to refuse a refund request without providing any additional information to the client.

We recommend our clients to contact us for assistance if they experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Styleme247 Store will review your refund request and will provide you with a response on the status of your request.
If your request is approved, the only method for the refund request to be processed will be via bank transfer. This means that Styleme247 Store may request the necessary bank information from the person/company to be refunded, since it does not store any client and/or company data.
Refund requests will be rejected automatically if the client requests a refund on:
i. Items on sale
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items unfortunately cannot be refunded.
ii. Indirect purchases
Styleme247 Store’s products purchased on another unauthorized online or non-online store will not be refunded.
iii. e-Gift cards
Products that are purchased using the Styleme247 Gift Cards to pay the whole amount or partly will not be refunded.
iv. Reimbursements and fees
Styleme247 Store will not cover transferring or withdrawing fees from a Styleme247 Store account to your private account.
v. Reseller products
Products purchased from Styleme247 resellers are not refundable.
10.2. Refund request submission
One cannot submit a refund request without filling the refund request form. Please note that once your refund is processed, you will no longer have access to Styleme247 Store updates or our support for the refunded product.

All vendors are expected to adhere to the terms and conditions and policies when listing products on Styleme247 Store. Any offenses and prohibited content posted from you can result in suspension, up to termination of your Styleme247 Store account.
13. OUR TRADEMARKS
Styleme247 protects its marks and logos in all countries in which they are used.
You shall may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Styleme247 without our formal written consent. You may not use any Meta tags or any other hidden text utilizing our trademarks without our formal written consent.
